Terry Averill

Principal, Architect

Terry has a love for historical buildings, theater, and his dogs, Chester and Quincey.
We like to think of him more as a chameleon when it comes to design. Terry has taught architectural design and architectural history at colleges in the Annapolis Area and previously in Roanoke and Radford, VA. His love of mentoring young architects has kept his passion for design, history and theory alive and relevant for the 21st Century. He loves working directly with clients to create one-of-a-kind spaces that reflect the client’s personality and desires with his own twist.

Kyle Pessagno

Senior Architectural Designer

Kyle is a recent graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design. Now working at T.Averill Architect, they hope to gain the knowledge and hands-on experience from working in the field to further their understanding of architecture and design principles. They have a passion for art, philosophy, and theory; using aspects from each to help craft unique spatial experiences that extend beyond the physical realm. They also enjoy model building and sculpting as a tactile way to express design purpose and intent.

Aidan Mock

Junior Architectural Designer

Aidan is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a LEED Green Associate accreditation. He is interested in historical buildings, biophilic design, green building, and finding practical solutions to complex problems. He enjoys spending most of his time outdoors either on the beach or exploring areas off the beaten path. He has a desire to experience as much as he possibly can so he loves to visit new places and travel. He also enjoys drawing, model making, woodworking, small home renovation projects, and watching movies/TV shows. He is looking forward to learning more at T. Averill and using his knowledge to provide clients with a fantastic experience.

Juliette Anderson

Operations Manager

Juliette has over 15 years in office administration, management, and marketing experience. She has worked in fields such as property management, real estate, interior design and now architecture. She prides herself on being detail oriented, organized, and providing wonderful customer service no matter the task. She is dedicated to the T. Averill Architect team and the clients they serve.
